As Covid-19 continues to have a significant impact on our industry, the team at Entegra Europe remain on hand to support the hospitality sector in whatever way they can.
The focus moves from supporting our clients and suppliers with scaling their businesses down to now preparing them for when some of the restrictions begin to be lifted. These are widely expected to occur in early May.
We are drawing up multiple possible scenarios which could play out once the re-opening begins. These include, but are not limited to: where the openings will occur first (country, city etc); how we can help the suppliers pre-reopening; what availability there will be for produce, especially for crops adversely affected during the crisis; how to manage any inflation through menu planning; what F&B operations will need to do if there is ongoing social distancing; how operators will manage a service without a buffet, etc. In order to overcome these challenges, our teams are committed to offer alternatives and solutions to ensure the best possible business recovery.
Having operations across Europe and indeed around the world, we very much intend to leverage experiences (both positive and negative) and share these with our clients and supply partners so they have all the information they need to successfully get through this crisis.
