Meet the Team

Alban Pesquet

Director of Support Services


Alban is French, having graduated from EM Lyon Business School, he has since spent his carrier in Finance, Project Management, Consulting functions in various industries. Alban has joined Sodexo in 2007, for the past two years Alban was the Controlling Director for Global Services Operations, gathering experts & Best practices that help sites improve their performance in the food and FM services they deliver, through new services, better processes, contract optimization and innovation.

Ann-Sophie Deprez



Ann-Sophie graduated with an International Business and Marketing MBA in 2013. She lived one year in Argentina and has 5 years of experience in France and in The Netherlands working for the Agri-Food sector. She joined the procurement departement of Entegra Europe in January 2018, where she is in charge of negociations for France.

Aude Michel

Director of Key Accounts


A french citizen, Aude has joined Entegra Europe in January 2018 as Head of Client Relation. She is graduated from a french business school and holds a Master from Curtin University of Technology (Australia). Aude has significant experience in global sales and business development within the Hospitality and the Business Travel industry. She is leading the operational team and participating to the launch of Entegra Europe.

Beatrice Maugras

Procurement Manager Europe


Béatrice joined Entegra Europe in November 2017. Having graduated from a French Food Engineer School, she has since spent her carrier in various sourcing and procurement functions in the food industry. Béatrice has worked during 11 years for PICARD, the French retail leader in frozen food. She started as buyer before becoming Global Sourcing Manager. For the last three years, Béatrice was a freelance consultant in the food industry in Asia, where she led missions of sourcing and quality audits.
Béatrice is in charge of the procurement activities of Entegra Europe and she works in close collaboration with the Procurement teams of the different countries.

Christophe Hardy

Head of Development


A Belgian citizen, Christophe holds a Masters in Business from Solvay Brussels School. Having previously worked as a Chief of Staff for the Belgian Government, Christophe joined Sodexo in 2010 where he successfully managed several large programs and the development of new offers. Christophe helped create Entegra Europe in the summer of 2017 and is currently leading the launch of our activities across Europe.

Daniel Wilson

Chief Executive Officer


Daniel joined PSL, Entegra Europe’s UK based subsidiary in 1999. Daniel has overall responsibility for the business which includes the management, direction and delivery of PSL’s services to all our clients. Daniel is a Chartered Director of the Institute of Directors and a Trustee of the Spingboard Charity. Daniel led the sale of PSL to Sodexo in 2016 and is leading the development and expansion of Entegra Europe across the continent.

David du Coudray Wiehe

Director of Accounts


Passionate about cooking and the world of service, David graduated in 2001 from Hotel Management School of Paris. He naturally turned to the Hotel and Catering industry. During his first 14 years of activity he has hold positions such as Maître d’Hotel, Chef Stewart, F & B Manager or Director of Banquets, in France and the USA. During the last 4 years, he joined the collective catering industry as Regional Manager and managed a portfolio of establishments in the Ile de France Region. He is today reinforcing the Opening Operational Team as Account Director to support Entegra Europe’s deployment.

Frederic Leonard

Key Account Manager


Following his Hotel Management studies Frédéric joined the world of hotel operations for 15 years during which he held several positions up to Hotel Manager. Arriving at Sodexo 4 years ago as Customer Relationship Manager for the on-site activities of the corporate service department, Frédéric also supported the sales and operational teams in the creation and deployment of new catering solutions. At Entegra, Frédéric is responsible for the management of key accounts. He will be the priviliged partner of our clients providing them with the necessary support for their development.

Frederic Roussy

Operations Manager


Graduated from a French Hotel Management School, Frederic started his carreer by working for 3 stars Michelin Chefs such as Joel Robuchon, Jean Bardet et Pierre Marchesseau. He then has been an executive Chef for Radisson and Hilton in France. He also worked at Michelin Group as dedicated Chef for all F1 events in the world. At Sodexo since 2013, Frederic has been managing 8 sites as area manager. He will also be partipating in the launch of Entegra Europe.

Juliette Pochart

Account Manager


Juliette graduated from Université Paris-Dauphine in 2017, with a major in Strategy and Business Development, and joined the Entegra Europe team as an Account Manager France in May 2018. She already has a significant work experience in the hospitality industry with various internships in companies such as Hyatt, Club Med, or in restaurant groups. She also has an international background with several experiences abroad (internships and exchange programs) in Brazil, the US and Senegal.

Laurent Bize

Purchasing Analyst


Laurent, a Frenchman who is based in the UK, joined Entegra Europe in 2017 as the European Purchasing Analyst. Prior to that Laurent had worked at PSL’s Head Office in Leamington Spa. Laurent has a wide experience of the catering and hospitality industries having held managerial positions in Hotels, Restaurants and Kitchen for 15 years before joining PSL in 2010.

Lydie Touzet

Operations Manager


Lydie holds an hospitality bachelor and a MBA from ESG Paris. Lydie joined Entegra Europe in January 2018. She had several positions at Sodexo since she joined the company in 2012. She started within the operations department as on site deputy manager, moved to the sales team as development manager within the Sports and Leisure department. Then, she joined the strategy department as a project manager. Lydie provides operational support to our clients and works closely with them to increase their profitability. She will also be partipating to the launch of Entegra Europe.

Maarten Loman

Procurement Manager Belgium and the Netherlands


Maarten, growing up in Belgium with Dutch roots, joined Entegra Europe in February 2018 as Procurement Manager Belgium and the Netherlands. After obtaining his master in Sociology, his 22 years career in Foodservice has led him through Wholesale (Java), Hospitality (Accor Hotels), Event catering (Horeto/Gourmet Invent) and a Buying Group (Bloc). This broad purchase experience always serves him in search for the most client friendly long-term solutions.

Nick de Perlaky

Business Analyst


A graduate from Birmingham University, Nick joined Entegra Europe in 2017 having worked for Sodexo and prior to that, Aramark. Nick is responsible for identifying and implementing the internal and external facing systems to support the development and growth of the business.

Sarah Michelet



Sarah Joined the Entegra’s Team in May 2018 as a trainee, and is currently supporting the Account Management team. Impassioned of Hotel and restoration’s industry, she’s made her professional experience in several hospitality companies . Today, she helps the team to build tools and to homogenize data and reporting.

Veronique Debarge

Procurement Manager France


Véronique joined Entegra Europe in November 2017 as Procurement Manager France and brings with her 23 years of experience working with Sodexo in France. Véronique began her career in the purchasing and quality departments, and fulfilled various positions such as cost control, logistics, operations and purchasing manager prior to becoming Food Procurement Director. Her many roles have given her invaluable product knowledge and a great understanding of client needs. She masters the art of negotiation for the best procurement solutions and prices.
